By accessing or using Finautor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Pierre Neuman, Rue du Moulin à Papier 32, 1160 Brussels, Belgium ("we", "our", or "us").

Finautor is an AI-powered finance automation platform that provides natural language financial analysis, automated workflows, dashboards, and integrations with third-party services. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, insights, and automated actions based on your queries and configurations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading financial advice
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization

5. Financial Disclaimer

Finautor does not provide financial advice. The Service is an information and automation tool only.

All financial data, analysis, and insights generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance data shown through the Service does not guarantee future results.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google Workspace, eToro) through our Connectors feature. By connecting these services, you authorize Finautor to access your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to those services' own terms and conditions.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses, analysis, and automated actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be verified independently before relying on them for financial decisions or other critical purposes.

8. Automated Workflows

You are responsible for the automations you create and their outcomes. Finautor provides tools for building automated workflows, but you must review and approve automation configurations before enabling them.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Finautor. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your queries, automations, or analysis results.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finautor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis, automation errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
